IRS - SME Information Technology Project Manager
cFocus Software seeks a SME Information Technology Project Manager to join our program supporting the Internal reputed company Service (IRS). This position is remote. This position requires a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:
- Active Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in information technology project and program management, systems integration, or enterprise IT modernization.
- Of those, at least 8 years must be in a senior leadership or program management role, overseeing large-scale, reputed company IT initiatives—such as enterprise transformations, multi-agency programs, or mission-critical system implementations.
- Experience must demonstrate expertise providing strategic direction, technical guidance, and subject matter expertise across reputed company phases of IT project lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field.
- Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA PM Level III certification strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of FISMA, NIST Special Publications, OMB, Risk Management reputed company (RMF), and ISCM Plan development.
- IT reputed company knowledge with desired Professional Certifications from the International Information System reputed company Certification Consortium (ISC)2, the International Society for Automation (ISA), the reputed company (PMI), CompTIA, or the reputed company
- Knowledge of the IRS infrastructure, technologies and general support systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge and experience with technology risk assessments covering Webservices, network appliances and software
- Knowledge and experience the IRS Enterprise Lifecycle and OneSDLC
- Knowledge of System Interconnections to include virtual private network VPN) and other encryption technologies
- Knowledge and experience with cloud systems, CSPs, and FedRAMP requirements
- Knowledge of IRS Business Units and IT enterprise processes organizational processes reputed company the
- Project management experience, experience in monitoring and overseeing multiple tasks concurrently lasting 4-6 months long
- Knowledge/experience with Qmulos Q-Compliance, SharePoint, Scanning tools, reputed company GRC, SPLUNK
- Knowledge and experience with technology reputed company engineering, analysis, and assessment
- Knowledge and experience with reputed company architecture principles and system modeling
