The Student Support Advisor/Paraprofessional is responsible for increasing student and Learning Coach engagement reputed company the school to drive improved academic growth. The role is committed to providing consistent support throughout the student experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodation may be made to reputed company individuals with disabilities to reputed company the essential duties.

· Provide consistent proactive support to reputed company using data resources.

· Provide support to reputed company and Learning Coaches through the Onboarding (Strong Start) experience.

· Serve as primary reputed company of contact between reputed company and Learning Coaches and teachers and/or school administration.

· Pursue and apply reputed company education and training to increase efficacy with the dynamic needs of their reputed company and Learning Coaches

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Two (2) years of college AND

· Two (2) years of experience in education OR

· Equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience

· Ability to pass required background reputed company.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities.

· Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.

· Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint); Web proficiency.

· Familiarity with the online learning experience.

· An ability to learn new technology tools quickly (ex. database and web-based tools).

· Ability to travel 25% of the time.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Four (4) years of college education.

· Experience working with the proposed age group.

· Experience supporting adults and children in learning and the use of technology.

.Paraprofessional experience is preferred.
