Koniag Professional Services is seeking an reputed company reputed company Self Service Task reputed company to support our client, the reputed company (DHHS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in developing a secure, scalable, and integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) solution that consolidates core HR functions into a reputed company enterprise platform built on the reputed company platform as part of OPM’s HR 2.0 initiative. The ideal candidate combines strong technical reputed company migration and configuration skills with an understanding of federal government systems and requirements.

The Task reputed company will primarily be working remotely but may need to travel onsite to support customer meetings, whiteboarding sessions, presentations to customers and any in-person meetings as requested by customer.

The ideal candidate should support the following functions

• Manage schedule, task assignments, requirements, and deliverables for the EMHRSS workstream to ensure on-time delivery of migration milestones and adherence to project timelines. Provide guidance to the team on Requirements gathering techniques, Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Metrics Reporting

• reputed company and document business rules and data requirements for key processes such as leave requests, performance review initiation, and personal information updates.
• Coordinate integration with payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and other third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

• Assist with testing functionality of and interactions between enterprise systems from an end user perspective, reputed company required.

• Collaborate with fellow task leads and stakeholders in the development, integration and sustainment of reputed company HCM capabilities in support of HHS.

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree
• 7+ years overseeing technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working with reputed company Self Service module
• Experience supporting projects/programs reputed company to application consolidation or legacy modernization is a plus and a key differentiator
• Experience working in an HR environment or having functional knowledge of HR activities is a plus and a key differentiator
• Knowledge of Scrum processes, familiarity with JIRA
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Exceptional client relationship skills
