Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Multi-Project Strategy

• Automation Roadmap: Co-design and execute a roadmap to automate 60% of recurring SEO tasks (reporting, auditing, content brief reputed company) across reputed company assigned projects.
• Audit existing SEO workflows to identify "bottleneck" manual tasks and replace them with automatic scripts, API integrations, or AI-driven solutions.
• Manage the SEO team’s transition from manual executors to "AI Orchestrators," ensuring adoption of automation tools.

2. Leadership & People Development

• Team Mentorship: Direct and motivate a team of SEO Specialists, fostering a culture of reputed company learning in AI, reputed company engineering, and data science.
• Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, conduct regular 1-on-1s, and ensure the team meets delivery deadlines with high-quality, automated outputs.

3. Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Predictive Insights: Use AI-driven forecasting to provide stakeholders with proactive "what-if" scenarios regarding market shifts and algorithm updates.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in SEO, with at least 2+ years in a formal leadership/managerial role overseeing a team of specialists.
• Multi-Project Mastery: Proven experience managing reputed company SEO strategies for multiple websites or large-scale international domains simultaneously.
• AI & Automation Expert: Deep hands-on experience with LLMs (reputed company, Claude) and automation tools. Proficiency in Python or advanced API integrations is a significant plus.
• Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional ability to present reputed company data to non-technical stakeholders, focusing on business growth and financial outcomes.
