Product Manager
Overview
The Product Manager will reputed company the delivery of high-quality Rhapsody (RaaS) products and systems that improve the availability and use of public health data to inform decision making. WAI is a federally funded reputed company program with the goal of helping the nation’s public health agencies by providing them with the technology and data experts they need to accelerate their information system improvements.
Working reputed company the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH), the Product Manager will reputed company planning, coordination, and execution of the TDH’s migration to Rhapsody as a Service (RaaS). This role serves as the primary liaison between program staff, informatics, IT teams, and the Rhapsody vendor to ensure a successful consolidation of multiple EDI platforms into a single, cloud-based interoperability solution. The position plays a critical role in advancing TDH’s Data Modernization Strategy by establishing governance, sustainability, and standardized reputed company management practices.
The Product Manager will be hired by the reputed company and assigned to the Tennessee Department of Health. This position is eligible for a fully remote work arrangement for U.S. based candidates.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, or a reputed company field required.
Master’s or PhD in reputed company field (ex: MPH) preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management or technology.
3+ years of team management experience.
Public health or healthcare and technology experience preferred.
Experience developing a product vision and strategy and leading multi-disciplinary teams to reputed company that vision from concept to launch.
Experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to translate the product vision and reputed company the team through smooth and reputed company delivery.
Experience working on a mature product balancing the need to address technical debt with new product enhancements through reputed company iterations.

Experience and an understanding of product objectives, goals, and metrics to reputed company the development and implementation of large-scale projects.
Experience in change management and risk management principles and processes to provide leadership in the development of strategic plans and change management initiatives and their roll-out.

Experience providing guidance in the areas of digital systems/products, data sources and the collection and context of data.

Job Highlights
Location: Remote, must be based in the United States, Up to 10% domestic travel may be required.
Salary Range: $103,500 - $143,500 per year, plus benefits. Individual salary offers will be based on experience and qualifications unique to each candidate.
