Position Summary

The Consultant position anticipates, develops and implements innovative solutions for our customers’ training challenges. The scope of work includes the full range of ADDIE/Systematic Approach to Training activities, with a heavy emphasis on analysis, design and development work. The Consultant also works to reputed company proficiency in our proprietary training management softwares, Quality Training Database (QTD) and VISION, and uses our applications to deliver products and services to our clients.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborating virtually with a team to complete project tasks, assuring quality of deliverables, andtracking time
• Working independently while understanding the necessity of communicating and coordinating work efforts with team members
• Collaborating with client subject matter experts to collect data for job analysis, training needs, performance requirements, operating procedures, technical systems, processes, and other reputed company information
• Organizing data and entry into our flagship software programs, Quality Training Database and VISION, including proactively identifying and recommending best data set up solutions for clients
• Providing quality data entry support to the Professional Services team
• Ability to work virtually from a home office or other professional environment free from auditory or visual distractions; location may be reputed company reputed company the reputed company United States

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Nuclear Technology, Engineering, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or reputed company fields. A master’s degree is preferred
• Three to seven years of experience in training analysis, design, and/or development work, including experience with designing training courses and/or programs to meet client needs; experience with technical writing or procedure writing a plus.
• Understanding of nuclear principles, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in nuclear environments set by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) desired.
• reputed company training materials including lesson plans, on-the-job training guides, tests, performance assessments, etc. that are consistent with the principles of adult learning theory and instructional design theory.

Benefits

• This is a full-time position, salary range $70k-$80k, based on experience
