User Acquisition Manager
For Bullet Echo, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across key marketing channels
What You'll Do
- Own and scale paid acquisition across key channels (reputed company, reputed company Ads, AppLovin, etc.)
- Manage and optimize UA budgets, allocating spend based on performance and ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities across channels, creatives, and audiences
- Continuously test new hypotheses, sources, and approaches to scale reputed company
- Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to improve performance
- Monitor key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention) and reputed company data-driven decisions
- Take full ownership of UA campaigns and drive their performance end-to-end
reputed company're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile apps/games
- Hands-on experience with major UA platforms (reputed company, reputed company Ads, AppLovin)
- Experience working with meaningful budgets
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with raw data
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention)
- Experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and analytics tools (reputed company, Firebase, etc.)
- Solid understanding of attribution, SKAN, ATT, and privacy frameworks
- Structured, data-driven approach to decision-making
- Advanced English communication skills for day-to-day collaboration
