Senior Project Manager I
SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise overall financial health of projects
reputed company and maintain project financial and equipment projections
Allocate project estimates into the financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoices
Provide financials and billings to Accounting, create monthly reputed company billings
Handle subcontracts and suppliers, manage budget and selections
reputed company Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, provide job assignments and training
Function as main reputed company of contact with reputed company and on-site representative
Resolve site concerns, handle change orders, and obtain necessary approvals
Maintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, safety, and compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Minimum eight years of construction management/project management or reputed company experience
Ability to fulfill responsibilities for multiple, large reputed company projects
Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
reputed company Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
Positive professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
Ability to interpret and communicate reputed company policies

Ability to travel up to 100%

The reputed company pay range for this role is $144,300 MIN - $216,500 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
