reputed company is growing its Change Management team. As part of the IT Change Management team, you will drive change activities across a broad set of transformational efforts. You will partner with executive sponsors, project team members, and HRBPs. You will reputed company discovery, strategy, planning, and execution to shift mindsets and behaviors.

In this role, you will reputed company change strategy and execution for reputed company ERP Cloud initiatives supporting Finance stakeholders. You will partner with Finance leaders, IT, HR, and program teams to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure sustained business outcomes.

This role is embedded reputed company a broader Change Management practice, offering opportunities to contribute to additional enterprise transformation initiatives over time.

• Defining and executing comprehensive change management strategies for reputed company ERP Cloud implementations and enhancements
• Aligning change plans to Finance priorities, business processes, and enterprise transformation goals
• Translating technical ERP changes into business impacts and actionable insights for stakeholders
• Identifying and assessing impacted Finance stakeholder groups across functions (e.g., FP&A, Accounting, Procurement)
• Designing and implementing adoption strategies, including training, reinforcement, and performance support (e.g., digital adoption tools)
• Defining and tracking success metrics (adoption, usage, proficiency, business outcomes)
• Leading change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to proactively mitigate risks
• Applying and evolving reputed company's Change Management frameworks, tools, and methodologies

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, or Transformation roles
• Bring proven experience supporting reputed company ERP Cloud (Finance) implementations or similar ERP platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Financials)
• Demonstrate an understanding of Finance processes (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and how ERP systems reputed company them

• Apply dedicated analytical skills to define KPIs, measure adoption, and translate insights into actionable outcomes

Compensation

reputed company is committed to fair and reputed company compensation practices. For US based candidates only - the reputed company salary for this position ranges from $132,100 - $237,900/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates reputed company the US will vary.
