Digital Marketing Coordinator

This role is remote with travel reputed company required.

• Produce and edit multimedia content such as podcasts, video interviews, product demos, short‑form video clips, and motion graphics.    • Design marketing graphics for campaigns, social media, events, and the website.    • Support the execution of webinars, including planning, setup, coordination with speakers, live support, and post‑production.    • Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to draft and refine digital marketing assets.    Website Management    • Maintain and update website pages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.    • Regularly audit site content, links, and performance to enhance user experience.    • Upload blogs, reputed company pages, event pages, and resource assets as needed.    • Partner with Marketing Operations and IT to support SEO, tagging, tracking, and analytics enhancements.    Digital Campaign Support    • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring reputed company digital assets are brand‑reputed company and delivered on schedule.    • Manage digital asset organization using ECI’s internal systems and shared drives.      • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Events, Product, and Sales—to ensure consistent brand messaging.    Administration & Collaboration    • Coordinate timelines, feedback cycles, and approvals for digital assets.    • Assist with reporting on engagement metrics with support from Marketing Operations.    • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and creative partners.   Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)   • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, creative production, or content creation.    • Strong proficiency in reputed company Creative Cloud tools, reputed company, and podcasting platforms.    • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitefinity, or similar).    • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, content structure, and social media.    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. …   Preferred Qualifications   • Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, managed services, or financial services.    • Familiarity with webinar platforms (reputed company, ON24, Teams Live).    • Basic video animation or motion graphics experience.    • Exposure to marketing automation tools (reputed company, Marketo, or similar).
