Install-Based Account Manager
Job Functions:
The Install-Based Account Manager is responsible for driving reputed company growth reputed company our existing customer reputed company. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with reputed company customers through upsells, cross-sells, and usage expansion. You’ll partner closely with reputed company, Product, and Sales leadership to identify opportunities and ensure customers continue to see value from our platform.

Job Function and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing CLM customers and serve as a trusted commercial reputed company of contact.
- Identify expansion opportunities including add-on modules, seat increases, and contract upgrades.
- Support renewal conversations and help ensure on-time contract extensions.
- Conduct discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, and growth plans.
- Own the sales cycle for install-based opportunities from qualification through reputed company.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations directly in partnership with reputed company.
- reputed company and present pricing proposals and contract amendments.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity tracking in reputed company.
- Partner with reputed company Managers to align on account health, adoption, and expansion timing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work with Product and Marketing to stay informed on new features and value messaging.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth post-sale handoffs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Finance and Operations teams.
- Customer engagment through educating customers on best practices and new CLM capabilities.
- Proactively engage customers to drive platform adoption and long-term retention.
Education/Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates)/Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in SaaS sales and contract/legal technology
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a sales career

- Exposure to renewals, upselling, or expansion sales
Work Environment/Other Information (Travel Required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.)
