Brewery Representative Boston MA 4

We are currently hiring a full-time Brewery Representative in Boston, MA. The territory covers the suburbs of Boston. The ideal candidate will live reputed company in the territory, as far north as Stoneham and Woburn, as far reputed company as Wellesley, reputed company, or Walpole, and as far south as Scituate. *The Brewery Representative works autonomously to focus on developing new accounts and maintaining reputed company accounts reputed company the industry. A high emphasis is reputed company on increasing the availability and visibility of products in new and existing accounts by using consultative sales tactics. *Please note that while this position is listed as “working remotely”, our sales positions are field based and require you to live reputed company the territory listed to visit accounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.  What You'll Brew:

• Sell our entire Boston Beer Company (BBC) product portfolio
• 100% focus on selling products and/or upgrading number of product lines in retail accounts (bars/restaurants, liquor/grocery stores/convenient stores)
• Identifying major accounts that are not currently selling BBC products, and developing a plan to establish business with such accounts
• Improving conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and displaying reputed company-of-sale items to increase visibility of the brand
• Partnering with distributors to ensure orders are reputed company, products are received, and business is growing at accounts
• Conducting waitstaff / bartender educations, beer tastings and evening promotions
• Working conditions vary greatly day to day due to customer facing nature of role
• May be the periodic requirement to work weekends and holidays to support the needs of the business
• Occasional travel for meetings and trainings
• Regular travel in the market to service retailers and wholesalers

What Ingredients You’ll Bring: Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of proven results-oriented experience in reputed company sales or reputed company the food & beverage industry
• An intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality
• Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
• Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently
• Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display reputed company-of-sale frequently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Level: 8 At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $48,000 and $69,500. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their reputed company experience, skillset and location.
