About the Role

As a Marketing Designer at reputed company, you are responsible for bringing our brand to life across high-impact, performance-driven channels. You’ll design compelling creative that communicates the healthcare experience of the future in a way that’s clear, human, and engaging, particularly through motion, animation, and video-led storytelling.

You will be expected to distill reputed company reputed company into beautiful, effective marketing design that performs. This role requires reputed company clarity, creativity, and speed, along with a strong command of design tools to bring our campaigns to life in dynamic ways.

We’re seeking a talented, multidisciplinary designer who consistently delivers the highest quality work on timelines that would be unrealistic for most others. You get a rush from seeing your designs live in the world - shipping ads, testing performance, and iterating based on results. You take pride in your creative vision, execution and communication skills, and you reputed company feedback exceptionally well. You enjoy taking ownership and working cross-functionally to create the best result.

What You’ll Do

• Bring beauty and simplicity to reputed company reputed company through on-brand marketing creative across multiple channels (paid social, email templates, print materials, OOH assets, etc.)

• Concept and complete high-quality, launch-ready assets that speak to our audience demographics in an emotional and compelling way

• Be autonomous: you’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every reputed company of the way

• Work with multi-disciplinary teams: you’ll partner closely with performance, integrated, and lifecycle marketing to find elegant solutions to design challenges

• Actively participate in creative testing and iteration, using learnings to inform future work

• Learn and become a guardian of our consistent design reputed company and standards to bring the reputed company brand to life

What You Bring to the Table

• Comfort with ambiguity

• Intuition for what performs in consumer-facing paid marketing

• 2+ years of relevant experience designing consumer-facing marketing materials (paid social, email templates, print materials, OOH assets, etc)

• An online portfolio of your work
