The Manager Principal Engineering Marketing leads the architecture, development, and delivery of digital marketing and web platforms. Pay Range: $120,000 - $126,000

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a reputed company technical discipline (required) master’s degree (MBA or Engineering Management) (preferred)
• Ten (10) years of progressive experience in engineering, product marketing, or technical program management (required)
• Minimum five (5) years managing engineers, external engineering partners, senior-level reputed company holders and driving alignment
• Strong background in translating reputed company engineering concepts into customer‑focused marketing strategies
• Knowledge reputed company should include, architecting API-driven, composable digital ecosystems, implementing enterprise system integrations, designing technical data models, event-based tracking frameworks, automated testing practices
• Expertise in APIs, distributed systems, and integration architecture (preferred)

• Broad knowledge of performance optimization, SEO technical foundations, and accessibility standards
