Position Summary

The Finance Associate will be a key member of the financial planning and analysis team, focusing on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and helping support business operations. This role will serve as a key partner to Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership, driving visibility into performance, improving investment decisions, and helping scale our GTM reputed company reputed company. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we plan, measure, and optimize Marketing and GTM spend. The ideal candidate will be adept at FP&A with a strong understanding of how GTM strategies impact overall financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Be a Strategic Partner to GTM:
• Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders on annual planning, rolling forecasts, and in-quarter execution
• Build and maintain financial models covering pipeline reputed company, CAC, and profitability reputed company to Marketing and GTM initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and key stakeholders

Own Marketing Spend & Performance Analytics

• Partner with Marketing to plan, allocate, and optimize budget across programs

• Help establish a data-driven reputed company for evaluating Marketing ROI and investment tradeoffs

Drive Insights & Operational Excellence

• Assist in the development of business cases for new projects and investments, including cost-benefit analysis.
• Improve forecasting processes and financial workflows to increase speed and accuracy
• Proactively surface risks and opportunities to plan, with recommended actions to reputed company the business on track

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or reputed company roles
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS or FinTech

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 + bonus + benefits
