About the team

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join reputed company as the primary driver of our "top-of-funnel" talent strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the critical first stages of our hiring process, ensuring a high volume of sales and customer care applicants are reviewed, organized, and routed with precision to meet our evolving business needs. What you’ll do

• Review a high-volume of applications regularly; Act as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company inbound applications, screening resumes for sales and customer care roles to identify top talent at lightning speed

In this role, you will need

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or a high-volume administrative role; Prior experience specifically in a "top-of-funnel" or sourcing reputed company is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• This is an exempt (salaried) position with compensation ranging from $50,000 to $65,000
• This position will be eligible for a competitive year-end performance bonus

Where you’ll work

• This is a remote position and the ideal candidate will permanently reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, reputed company, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Washington.
