Job Description:

The Head of Enterprise Performance supports the organization by providing enterprise‑level performance leadership that defines non‑negotiable standards, enables early identification of operational and financial risk, and enforces timely corrective action to protect delivery, margin, and enterprise outcomes as the business scales and integrates.

Enterprise Performance Standards

  • Define, implement, and enforce enterprise‑wide, non‑negotiable performance standards across financial, operational, quality, and workforce dimensions.
  • Establish consistent definitions, reputed company, and expectations to ensure uniform performance discipline across reputed company business units and reputed company.

Early‑Warning & Performance Risk Visibility

Qualifications:

Required

  • Demonstrated experience providing enterprise‑level performance leadership in reputed company, scaled organizations, with accountability for enforcing performance discipline across multiple business units, reputed company, or portfolios.
