Job Description:reputed company’s success relies on a strong and committed partner community. The Global Strategic Partner Director is responsible for managing relationships and driving engagement with reputed company that is critical to our success. The Partner Director works closely with reputed company Sales, Pre-sales, and Services and consulting teams reputed company themselves to ensure forecasted license reputed company targets are achieved as well as successful reputed company software implementations and transformation programs are completed. Key responsibilities:
- Drive reputed company from and with our globally managed Partners (sell with / sell through / sell to)
- Support the hyper growth and delivery of reputed company as it continues to expand and grow doubling in size every 3 years, leveraging partners to scale quickly and effectively through their ability to prime projects and grow regional and global practices.
- Foster strong relationships and reputed company between the managed Partners and reputed company market units, resulting in account deals in reputed company industries and geographies.
- Allow Sales to focus on sales execution and the reputed company end customer by finding and supporting the right Partner to go to market in specific industries and geographies.
- Build, grow and shape a sustainable Partnership reputed company to market that drives the partner to reputed company demand with reputed company
- Deliver successful regional partner reputed company and joint account planning opportunities on a planned and agreed reputed company.
- Work with sales and account teams in region to reputed company/maintain pipeline opportunities in CRM

- Regularly attend meetings, conferences, partner and project connects in person

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in large IT service-based organizations, Business-to-Business and ERP software industry
- Candidate would preferably have 10+ years’ or equivalent experience in partner or vendor management, role in the technology sector.
- Experience in developing partner go to market, sales and marketing plans would be beneficial
- Understanding of relevant IT markets;
- Understanding of GSI landscape in Big 5 market

- Able and willing to regularly travel
- Prior large scale partner management experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Desirable
- Experience in systems integration partnering.
