You’ll guide potential clients through their first interaction with the firm, listen with genuine care, gather key details, and help them take the reputed company with clarity and confidence.  RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally as the primary voice of the firm. Engage with prospective clients to understand their legal situation, concerns, and goals by asking targeted questions reputed company to legal areas to determine case eligibility based on firm criteria. Provide clear information about the firm’s services, processes, and next steps while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions utilizing the firm’s legal case management system, reputed company, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
• Identify urgent or time‑sensitive matters and escalate them appropriately to the Client Engagement Manager.
• Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy; assist in entering clean and organized data in reputed company Sheets
• Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding new leads, case fit, and client updates, and schedule consultations or follow‑up appointments for those that are qualified.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Clear spoken English, stellar written and verbal communication skills, and a strong phone reputed company with active listening skills
• Experience turning inbound calls into meetings
• Ability to follow structured intake procedures, ask clear questions, and actively listen to client responses
• Exceptional reputed company Sheets and data entry skills
• Tech‑savvy with reliable high‑speed internet, consistent power, a quality headset, and a computer capable of handling video calls
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in document review, proofreading, transcription, and data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills while multitasking and continuously meeting deadlines
• Comfortable using a time tracker that utilizes screenshots for validity 

Preferred

• Experience working in a law firm (family or criminal law preferred) or previous experience in legal intake, customer service, or inbound sales
• Proficiency in reputed company 
• Fully bilingual in Spanish
• Ability to cover evening and weekend shifts, if needed
• Dual monitors and a printer, or easy access to a printing service
