Senior Back End Software Developer & Tech reputed company
Job Summary We are building a new department at CPM and are looking for a reputed company-thinking senior level Back End Engineer & Tech reputed company to play a key role in the reputed company development, refinement and scaling of our SaaS products that enhance the performance, efficiency and serviceability of industrial equipment. You’ll work closely with the Digital Products Team and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable and well-documented software. Your focus will be on back-end development and deployment of the applications. This department is pivotal in the digital transformation across our product lines, integrating IoT, predictive analytics and AI/ML and remote monitoring capabilities to deliver smarter, connected equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- reputed company, mentor, and support software engineers
- Continuing development of our SaaS application
- Refactor and polish existing code to improve performance, usability, and maintainability
- Implement new features based on product roadmap and customer feedback
- Write and maintain unit tests and technical documentation
- Collaborate with other developers and teams
- Support customer technical issues
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field (technical master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of professional experience as a SW / back end developer
- Proficient in Java (Spring), SQL, reputed company
- Experience in Terraform
- Experience in AWS
- Experience with REST APIs, unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and documentation habits
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Experience with industrial software, IoT, or edge-device integration
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, reputed company, reputed company Analytics, or similar is a plus
- Other programming languages or frameworks are a plus
