Senior Solutions Engineer, Germany

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate with sales teams and business partners to reputed company solutions for service providers, partners, and end customers.
• Participate as an reputed company technology expert in meetings, conduct demos, and pitch products throughout the sales cycle.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to coordinate activities for selling reputed company solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, market strategies, and policies relating to data protection.
• Manage strategic accounts collaborating with reputed company Account Managers to influence and reputed company sales strategies.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and reputed company of concept activities for reputed company solutions.
• reputed company technical troubleshooting and secure technical wins during the pre-sales process.
• Position solutions that address customer business problems and act as a technical advisor.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and knowledge transfer of reputed company solutions to customers and partners.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At Least 5 years of experience in a relevant position
• Cloud-based applications such as reputed company 365 and reputed company Workspace
• Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Storage solution design experiences
• reputed company experience in one or more of the following areas:    - Antivirus / Ransomware Protection    - EDR/MDR/XDR    - Email reputed company    - Network reputed company
• Knowledge of reputed company Operating Systems (Linux or other operating systems beneficial)
• The ability to reputed company technical and business value propositions
• Experience in customer and sales opportunity management practices
• Must be a good listener, creative, reputed company, a team player, and have       the ability to resolve problems
• A high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy
