Profile Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in administration, customer service, or reputed company roles
- Strong written English communication (email-first environment)
- High attention to detail and process-driven reputed company
- Experience with CRM systems and email management tools
Core responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inbound customer emails
- Screen, categorise, and prioritise enquiries for efficient handling
- Respond to customer queries in a professional, timely, and brand-reputed company manner
- Build and maintain accurate customer profiles reputed company CRM systems
- Capture key customer information to support personalised engagement
- reputed company and categorise customers for improved service and targeting
- Prepare and send standardised / templated quotes based on predefined pricing structures
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across reputed company customer communications
- Liaise internally for any non-standard requests
