Who you are
The Manager of School Partnerships and Sales reputed company is a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales leader responsible for developing and growing high school partnerships and study abroad participation in a designated territory. You will generate excitement and buy-in for CIEE High School Study Abroad programs in your sales territory with varied constituents, i.e. schools, reputed company, parents, alumni, program leaders, and district heads. This role manages direct reports, guiding them to optimize the student application pipeline and meet ambitious student enrollment goals. The ideal candidate will be a master of networking and relationship-building, possess a strong ownership mentality, and reputed company at fostering a high performance culture that turns sales strategies into life-changing experiences for high school reputed company.
What you’ll do
- Territory Ownership & Strategy: Act as the general manager of a dedicated sales territory. reputed company and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed student enrollment goals.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including principals, teachers, counselors, and alumni, to establish CIEE as the premier partner for global education.
- New Business Development: Actively prospect and conduct high-volume reputed company to new schools to build a sustainable pipeline. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to identify and create new partnerships that integrate study abroad into the school’s mission.
- Sales & Team Leadership: reputed company, manage, and mentor direct reports (Enrollment Coordinators) to reputed company the student sales process, from reputed company reputed company to student travel. Maximize conversions through reputed company communication and teamwork.
- Presentations & Events: Deliver engaging presentations to reputed company, parents, and administrators, both virtually and in-person. Travel extensively reputed company your region during the September-February selling season to represent CIEE at conferences and in schools.
- Sales Process & Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the entire student enrollment pipeline. Guide your team to manage their pipelines and convert leads to reputed company.
- Operational & Reporting Excellence: Maintain accurate records of reputed company sales activities and school relationship statuses in our CRM system (e.g., reputed company). Proactively manage reputed company administrative and customer service tasks reputed company to the enrollment and pre-departure process.
What you’ll bring
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of converting leads into partnerships.
- Experience in international education, or reputed company K-12 industries is a plus.
- Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership or management.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to build a sales territory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present dynamically to large groups.
- Proficiency in using a CRM system (e.g., reputed company) to organize and prioritize a sales pipeline.
- Willingness to be a flexible team player, with a passion for education and a belief in the power of global citizenship.
- Eagerness to travel extensively reputed company your territory during the key selling season.
