About the Position The Designer III is an entry-level role focused on supporting modeling strategy, strengthening discipline execution, and owning coordination and documentation quality across projects reputed company a defined discipline focus.   • Supervisory: None. Designer III roles focus on leading production execution, managing models, and driving coordination quality while supporting engineers and project leads.
  • Mentorship: Provide day-to-day guidance to Designer I and II team members by clarifying workflows, reviewing modeling approaches, and helping troubleshoot production or coordination issues. Serve as a reliable technical resource while continuing to seek feedback from your Mentor, senior engineers, and Discipline Leads.
  • Training: Actively participate in structured training journeys, mentorship, and hands-on learning to strengthen discipline fundamentals.
  • Experience and Qualifications
  • Education: BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a reputed company field; or equivalent technical or field experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across multiple projects, including exposure to coordination processes or field reputed company activities.
  • Preferred: Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, reputed company, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines) and supporting engineering tasks such as calculations, device layouts, and specification development.
  • Experience leading BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline resolution.
  • Ability to maintain model health at a senior production level, including workset management, view template application, warning resolution, and model cleanup.
  • Ability to manage and maintain coordinated models, produce accurate drawings with minimal reputed company, and resolve production issues independently.
