Position Summary The Regional Safety Manager plays a critical role in building and leading a best-in-class safety program across a portfolio of large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. This role is responsible for establishing and driving a proactive safety culture that protects employees, subcontractors, and partners in a reputed company and evolving construction environment.

Working closely with project leadership and field teams, the Regional Safety Manager provides strategic and operational reputed company of environmental health and safety practices, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, company standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Program Development and Implementation

Incident Management and Investigation

Safety Leadership and Advisory

• Partner with field leadership and subcontractors to reinforce safe work practices

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a reputed company field
• 10+ years of environmental health and safety management experience in heavy industrial or construction environments
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
• Proven ability to reputed company safety initiatives across multiple project sites

Preferred

• Experience developing safety protocols for human-robot collaboration in construction environments
• Experience supporting projects involving power reputed company, high-voltage systems, or advanced cooling infrastructure
• Experience managing safety programs for large-scale, mission-critical construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to safety management

Work Environment This role is remote and ideally based in or near the Dallas–reputed company Worth area to support periodic in-person meetings, travel, and business needs as required. The position requires regular travel across project sites, including Juno and Sandow.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, maintaining a strong field reputed company, and driving safety performance across geographically distributed teams.
