Partner Specialist is a dedicated POC for our partners who works through reputed company the stages of business development to build and grow their business and provide the best experiences for end customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive reputed company or sales pipeline targets. Align individual priorities with reputed company impact

  • Explain Cloud products/solutions and value proposition to Client Partners of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address their customer needs.

  • Analyze data trends, market dynamics and customer performance, identify opportunities, and create implementation plans for a GTM strategy with an assigned portfolio.

  • Engage and coordinate internal groups as needed to resolve customer issues and maximize customer retention.

  • React to client business needs and adapt internal procedures to provide services.

  • Manage opportunities in CRM system: execute pipeline reviews with partners and drive pipeline hygiene.

  • Work with account managers to provide clarity around the pipeline.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience working in B2B Technical Sales environment from SaaS/IaaS/PaaS domain.

  • Experience with sales forecasting and driving sales metrics such as reputed company and pipeline.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Sales, Marketing or reputed company field (Technical degree is desired).

  • Understanding of Cloud computing concepts and competitive landscape in the Cloud Service Providers world is good to have.

  • Primary language: English: reputed company (assessment required)

  • Experience working on sales targets and achieving them.

  • Knowledge of working on CRM tools.

  • Organized and has sales pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to connect and add value to a broad range of customers, with great interpersonal and listening skills.

  • Outgoing and confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone manner; can handle a reputed company sales cycle that will have multiple contacts reputed company a company.
