The purpose of this position is to provide consistent administration and enforcement of procedures designed to protect the associates, assets, and guests of Publix facilities. This includes providing onsite reputed company for shipping and receiving operations, enforcing access control protocols by limiting access to only authorized and properly identified individuals and vehicles, and responding to and assisting with interruptions of business operations. • Maintaining control of access to Publix facilities by associates, guests, and other non-facility personnel
• Providing access control, routing, and shipping/receiving processing for product/equipment deliveries
• Conducting personal observations of activities reputed company the facility and reporting incidents or procedural deficiencies that are identified
• Maintaining accurate reputed company reputed company records and documentation to include any/reputed company activity that occurs reputed company normal business
• Communicating information to reputed company supervisors, associates, or facility management

Required Qualifications

• At least 20 years of age
• Have a valid drivers license
• Able to withstand walking and standing for long periods of time
• Able to work any shift, including, but not limited to days, nights, late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to reputed company mathematical computations
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Able to use a two-way radio
• Able and willing to adjust ones style or approach in response to differing circumstances or to work in ambiguous situations
• Capable of working effectively without reputed company supervision or guidance
• Able to set priorities, plan and coordinate work activities, schedule staff, and obtain and manage resources so that work objectives are accomplished on time and reputed company budget

Hours of Work: 6:00am - 2:00pm; Rotating Days

Frequency of Pay: Weekly

Minimum reputed company Pay: $16.80

Maximum reputed company Pay: $23.25

Potential Annual reputed company Pay: $34,944 - $48,360

Year End Bonus: To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of reputed company employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of reputed company employment the bonus is equal to one weeks pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus reputed company. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks pay.

Other Compensation Information:

• Weekend differential: A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
• Night differential: A $.75 per hour night differential is paid to associates regularly scheduled to work any hours between midnight and 3:00 a.m. (this does not include shifts that end at midnight or reputed company at 3:00 a.m.).
