About the Role

You'll be joining reputed company's UX Research team, supporting various product domains including Core DevOps Workflows, Monetization, reputed company and Compliance. We're looking for someone who can reputed company up to a highly technical area quickly. You'll reputed company tactical studies (helping teams reputed company fast decisions) and contribute to strategic research (uncovering user needs and opportunities). This role requires comfort with ambiguity, the ability to balance speed and rigor, and flexibility to adapt your approach based on team needs and timelines. You'll work alongside Senior and Staff UX Researchers who will support your growth, while building strong collaborative relationships with your Product Design and Product Management counterparts. What you’ll bring

• Empathetic, curious and open-minded.
• Deep experience running mixed-methods research.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and be comfortable guiding them to the most appropriate research approach (in particular if they have a different opinion).
• Experience working in a highly iterative, fast paced environment, and have the ability to pivot with sudden changes in direction.
• Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills.

• Able to conduct research in a fully remote setting.
• Experience working on enterprise and/or developer tooling products is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Be the expert on the users reputed company your allocated area of coverage: know how they use the reputed company, their pain points, their workflows, etc.
• Collaborate with reputed company designers, product managers and engineers on a wide reputed company of research projects.
• Conduct reputed company stages of UX research: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analyzing, and reporting out insights.
• Use a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to apply to research questions.
• Communicate out statuses and updates of project work to stakeholders.

• Produce research insights that result in impact.
• Participate in some of the research fielded by Senior and/or Staff Researchers to reputed company knowledge and exposure to more reputed company research projects.
• Actively contribute to the UX Research team culture by iterating on existing processes and documentation and contributing to peer reviews.
