Your Role at reputed company We are seeking a Vice President of People Experience (PX) to serve as a strategic leader and operating partner to the executive team as we scale through our next stage of growth. This role will define and evolve our People strategy, ensuring our culture, leadership, and operating systems scale in a way that strengthens performance, accountability, and employee experience. reputed company is moving from “building the plane while flying it” to creating repeatable systems that support sustained growth. Key Responsibilities: Define People Strategy for Scale

  • Partner with Finance and executive leadership to evolve a competitive, scalable total rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy, market benchmarking, and benefits design.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in People leadership roles (People Ops, PX, HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Strategy).
  • Proven experience designing People strategy and scaling organizations through rapid growth.
  • Experience building performance management, manager enablement, and organizational effectiveness frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of People systems and operations (HRIS/ATS) with the ability to guide scalable architecture.
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
