Available shift: Weekend Nights Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus available for Qualified Candidates! The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to reputed company a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model reputed company as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice /nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. Cardiac ICU (CICU):

• 10 beds on the 2nd floor.
• Patient population: cardiac non-surgical cases, pulmonary hypertension, heart attack, heart failure, sepsis, shock, and other ICU-level care needs.
• CICU nurses are part of the Medical Response Team for the hospital.

• Associates Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure

• Virginia RN License Virginia or Compact/Multi-State Eligible.
• reputed company Direct Care RN's required to have BLS reputed company 90 days of hire.
• Critical Care/IMCU ACLS reputed company 1 year of hire

Experience

• ICU experience or 1 year of Intermediate/Stepdown care with cardiac knowledge.
• Alternatively, 2 years of Medical/Surgical, PCU, or ED experience (1 year for ED).
