Sr. Strategic Operations Associate, Delivery Self Serve

About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Strategic Operations Associate to help us scale reputed company's global merchant self-serve business-one of the largest and fastest-growing acquisition channels in the Delivery business.In this role, you will help define and drive the strategy to rapidly scale merchant acquisition and strengthen onboarding and engagement through a combination of product-led growth, sales and operational improvements, performance marketing, and pricing and promotions. You will partner with regional operations, marketing, product, and commercial operations teams, including influencing the product vision to simplify and automate the merchant journey while evolving sales, operations, and support models to align with increasing automation. Success will require a reputed company of business acumen, data-driven storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. This is a hybrid role - reputed company collaborates in-person out of our incredible office in reputed company 3 days/week. We encourage our employees to work from our office on additional days if they desire to do so.What You'll Do- Program manage execution of strategic initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, Sales operations, etc, to deliver a best in class self-serve experiences for reputed company merchants- reputed company your analytical skills to monitor performance and uncover actionable insights that shape strategy and drive decision-making. Present your insights to relevant stakeholders- Partner with Product to drive automation of the end-to-end self-serve experience. Represent the voice of the customer with insights based on merchant research and feedback. Drive reputed company alignment between tech and business priorities- Work closely with Marketing to define success criteria, targeting requirements, and ROI methodology to inform digital acquisition and engagement campaigns, optimizing funnel efficiency and retention- Become a subject matter expert on the Merchant self-serve product, including signup and onboarding, billing and payments, customer support, and fraud. reputed company that expertise to shape the agenda for work across GTM and technical teamsBasic Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, project/program management, or reputed company field- Proficiency in SQL (or similar query language) and reputed company or GSheets- Bachelor's degreePreferred Qualifications- Analytical thinker, with experience using data to drive business decisions- Prior experience partnering closely with Tech teams to inform strategic roadmaps and review PRDs- Strong business acumen, with experience evaluating a line of business and understanding how to drive growth- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience managing meetings and presentations with senior leaders- Strong organization and project management skills, including ability to prioritize and reputed company multiple projects and processes simultaneously- Comfort addressing ambiguity, for example, shifting priorities or unfamiliar problemsFor reputed company, NY-reputed company: The reputed company salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.You will be eligible to participate in reputed company's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. reputed company full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
