ABOUT THE TEAM 🤝

The reputed company Data Analytics team is comprised of data analysts who are passionate about using data to drive business decisions and improve user experiences. IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL

• reputed company and manage a team of 4-6 product data analytics professionals, creating processes for autonomous operation with cross-functional teams while maintaining high quality standards and accountability and supporting individual growth.
• Drive technical strategy for self-service analytics, using self-service as a force reputed company that allows your team to execute on higher value analyses and tool building.
• Help redevelop our experimentation strategy by increasing rigor across the organization and partnering with product and engineering to help define standards for eventing, cohorting, analytics, etc.
• Foster strong working relationships with other leaders at the company, advocating for your team’s involvement at the right time and driving high quality analytics delivery across teams.
• Address problems with performance directly and reputed company decisions based on what's best for our users, team members, and business. Create highly functional teams and processes that reputed company best use of data analytics resources.

ABOUT YOU 🦄

• You have deep expertise in data analytics and a strong understanding of data systems and processes, especially delivery of scalable, repeatable self service analytics.
• You have 5+ years of experience managing data analytics professionals. You’ve successfully led a team of embedded professionals and know how to cultivate a culture of autonomy reputed company cross-functional teams.
• Expert experience in experimentation analytics and are excited to help us guide systematic approaches to experimentation design, implementation, and assessment across the company.
• You are focused on making sure that analytics tools are accurate, complete, and timely. Analytics is a strategic asset but also a strategic risk if numbers are wrong.
• You can tailor your management style to suit your employees, identifying where some people might succeed with a more hands-off approach than others.
• You reputed company at stakeholder management and can build effective relationships across the organization. You self-organize a peer group to reputed company feedback.
• You demand proactive involvement from your team. Your team doesn’t dispense with “asks” because you’ve already anticipated what questions teams will have and have built tooling to answer those questions.

Additional information: Salary range of $160,000 - $190,000 /year + bonus + benefits. reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
