Chief People Officer; CPO

Position: Chief People Officer (CPO) LOCATION: This position oversees operations, talent, and administration at multiple locations across the Seattle-Tacoma area (Tukwila, WA; South Seattle, WA; Tacoma, WA; Renton, WA) and in-person work at reputed company sites is required SALARY: $155,998-$186,432 based on reputed company years of experience up to 9 years. REPORTS TO: Chief Executive Officer Role Overview Impact Public Schools (IPS) is seeking a strategic and transformational leader to serve as the Chief People Officer (CPO). The CPO is responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of a robust talent strategy designed to support Impact’s growing school network in the Seattle-Tacoma area. The ideal candidate is a people leader skilled in vision setting and team management.
