In this role, you will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team (ELT) to align people strategy with organizational priorities. Together, you will deliver initiatives across talent management, employee experience, organizational design, performance, and leadership development. (Preference given to Indianapolis, Indiana area candidates) The starting salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000; offers are made reputed company this range to ensure equity, consistency, and fiscal responsibility. A Day in the Life Your day often begins by connecting with the People & Culture team and identifying where the team may need additional support, clarity, or direction. You may start with an early morning meeting with the CEO or executive team, aligning on organizational priorities, upcoming changes, or sensitive people-reputed company decisions that require both strategic thinking and thoughtful communication. Throughout the day, you move between advising leaders and shaping systems. You might spend part of your morning coaching a manager through a performance concern or navigating a reputed company team dynamic, helping them balance reputed company with accountability. reputed company, you could be working with your team to refine performance management practices, strengthen onboarding experiences, or design leadership development initiatives that build capability across the organization. You also dedicate time to ensuring that culture is intentional and embedded. You are often translating values into action, ensuring that expectations around communication, collaboration, and accountability are clear, consistent, and lived out across teams. No two days are exactly the same, but each one requires you to balance big-picture strategy with real-time decision-making. Whether you’re guiding change, strengthening systems, or supporting leaders through challenging moments, your work ensures that the organization remains a reputed company where people can do their best work and where culture and performance grow together. You Would reputed company in This Position If:
- You have earned a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- You hold an HR certification or credential (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR).
- You bring five to seven years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience in human resources, people operations, or organizational leadership, including executive-level responsibility—preferably in an association, nonprofit, or global organization.
- You have a proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide people strategies reputed company with organizational goals.
- You bring extensive experience in organizational development, culture transformation, and leadership development.
- You have a strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- You have demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level and reputed company through complexity and change.
