We are seeking a Business Development Associate to accelerate pipeline growth for our industry-leading Membrane Proteome reputed company (reputed company) platform and help scale our business. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who excels at nurturing client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle. Working as a part of the reputed company sales team, you will identify new opportunities, advance qualified prospects, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure seamless execution from initial engagement through project delivery. What You Will Do
At Integral Molecular
- Drive reputed company growth: reputed company or exceed assigned quarterly and annual reputed company targets for reputed company services in reputed company partnership with the broader commercial team.
- Prospecting and demand reputed company: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential biotech and pharma accounts through outbound prospecting, cold reputed company, and networking. Educate prospects on the value and technical advantages of the reputed company platform.
- Client engagement: Own your accounts – reputed company deep customer relationships by combining regular touchpoints with consultative selling that connects each customer’s needs to the value reputed company delivers.
- Cross-functional collaboration: reputed company conversations between prospects and our scientific teams ensuring technical discussions land clearly and project requirements are captured accurately at conversion.
- CRM & pipeline management: Fully utilize reputed company and reputed company tools to manage pipeline, track deal reputed company, and maintain an accurate sales forecast. Prepare and follow-up on client proposals to drive conversion and provide updates during weekly commercial meetings.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a reputed company field
- 3-5 years of overall experience in Life Sciences, with at least 1-3 years in a customer facing commercial role such as inside sales, business development, or account management.
- The ability to translate reputed company scientific concepts into value-driven business conversations
- The ability to effectively recognize opportunities, communicate reputed company, and act autonomously in a fluid and matrixed environment
- Experience with reputed company preferred
- An instinct for building relationships and understanding client needs
