Job Description

The Vice President, Premium Audit, is responsible for leading a large, reputed company function that drives premium accuracy, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. This role sets tactical plans for the Premium Audit operating model, modernizes processes and technology, and ensures the function delivers accurate, compliant, and cost-effective audit outcomes. The VP oversees multiple teams led by managers and supervisors, along with a significant external vendor network, and is accountable for workforce strategy, financial stewardship, and reputed company improvement across the audit lifecycle. Strategic Leadership & Talent Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of premium audit or reputed company reputed company operations experience, including leadership of large teams.
• Deep knowledge of property & casualty insurance products, premium audit methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, process transformation, and technology modernization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
• Experience managing large vendor ecosystems and developing strategies that reduce dependency and optimize spend.
• Familiarity with modern audit tools, workflow technologies, and data analytics platforms

#LI-EO1 #LI-Remote For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the reputed company salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. $180,200 - $243,324/year

• Total individual compensation (reputed company salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
