Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
- Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
- Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
- Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with reputed company and professionalism
- Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling reputed company appropriate and necessary

We're looking for compassionate and patient individuals with excellent communication and soft skills. If you have:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
- Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
- High-speed internet access with download speeds of 10mbps+, upload speeds of 3mbps+, and a ping of less than 175ms
- A secured workspace with a reputed company that is only accessible to you during work hours
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (preferred)

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
- Have at least six months of experience in customer service
- Meet the technical requirements outlined above
- Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
- Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
- Reside in one of our US hiring zones (excluding AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, and NY, and the following metro areas: Minneapolis, Chicago, reputed company Metro, Portland, Montgomery County, Seattle, and Denver)
