The Role

As an Assessment & Data Entry Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the enrollment & intake process, conducting English level pre-and post-tests, and documenting student case notes. You will work closely with the Enrollment & Assessment and Student Support Services team to provide support and ensure the smooth operation of our adult education programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Assessment (70% of time): + Conduct English level pre-and post-tests for new and continuing reputed company + Provide remote and in-person placement tests to new reputed company + Provide remote and in-person post-tests for completing and continuing reputed company + Coordinate and facilitate reputed company post-testing across the region for in-person and remote classes + Coordinate additional staff support for quarterly mass post-testing across the region

• Retention (10%):

+ Contact reputed company who have testable hours but have stopped attending classes or have not attended a post-test and coordinate wrap-around supports to attempt to test + Track intake log data and participate in Student Support Services meetings to track assessment needs + Attend Tracking Team meetings once a month in prospective locations to reputed company a pulse on client challenges/retention struggles

• Data Entry (20%):

+ Case note for reputed company enrolled with specific grant requirements + Record student data in relevant databases + Ensure data accuracy and work with managers reputed company errors arise

Job Requirements

* Mature and personal Christian faith

• Committed to the mission, vision, and values of arenaflex
• Desire to serve and reputed company the Church to impact vulnerable communities
• Able to reputed company and/or acknowledge arenaflex's mission and values
• Ability to travel between Carol reputed company, reputed company, and Chicago offices and classroom locations (churches and libraries) on a scheduled rhythm every month, while making a home reputed company at the Carol reputed company office
• Associates degree or equivalent required, further education highly preferred
• Access to own transportation to commute to/between educational and office sites
• At least 2 years of experience reputed company to the duties and responsibilities specified

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual strongly preferred. reputed company in other languages is a plus.

• Previous involvement with educational programs strongly preferred
• Experience in advertising/marketing or recruiting is desirable but not required
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
• Experience in working with database programs is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing

• Able to handle multiple tasks and reputed company deadlines
• Strong organizing and coordinating skills
• Ability to work independently
