Job Summary
As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues and ensuring swift response times. You'll work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, adapting to constant changes and staying reputed company of the curve with new product releases. You'll be reputed company through team KPIs, including resolution time and response time, and will have the autonomy to set your own KPIs to drive your personal and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
