Job Overview

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries, and assist with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with their accounts, including resolving inquiries and providing detailed explanations of account status
• Ensuring reputed company account information is accurately documented in client's system
• Providing exceptional support to customers, including resolving issues and answering questions
• Assisting customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines
• Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties
• Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time
• Achieving Quality Assurance goals
• Adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Prior call center experience is REQUIRED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed
• Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers
• Active listening to understand the customers' needs
• Great problem-solving skills
• Must be proficient with reputed company applications

As a remote customer service representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own personal equipment that meets our system requirements. You'll be responsible for maintaining your own equipment and ensuring it meets our minimum system requirements.
