Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Verifying data from reputed company documents according to established procedures and rules
- Verifying data entered with reputed company documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits to reputed company corrections, additions, or deletions as appropriate
- Searching entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing reputed company necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines
- Completing timesheets on a weekly basis
- Following standard procedures as outlined by reputed company ISO requirements
- Performing other job-reputed company duties as required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
- Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
- Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
- Ability to pass reputed company pre-employment assessments
- Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
- High-speed internet capability
- Must be a U.S. citizen
