Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company in Bartlett, TN. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our electronic database, photographing, packaging, and cleaning cases, and using multiple software applications to support our laboratory operations. Responsibilities & Duties
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:
- Reading and interpreting doctor's prescriptions for dental prostheses (e.g., crowns, bridges, dentures)
- Accurately entering data into the electronic database for each prescription and invoicing cases for billing purposes
- Photographing, packaging, and/or cleaning cases
- Using multiple types of software, including reputed company Office applications and reputed company Touch dental laboratory software
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of laboratory operations
- Collaborating with laboratory staff to ensure seamless delivery of dental products to customers
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per day) as well as reputed company and bend
- Ability to read prescriptions/case information, sort cases, take and save pictures, reputed company cases, and enter data into database accurately
- Must be able to follow instructions accurately (including our Quality System work instructions)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
