Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers to resolve their issues and provide solutions
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
- Providing legendary customer service by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
