Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Youngstown, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality multi-channel support and problem resolution to customers reputed company phone, email, text, and chat

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
• Use courteous and professional language to communicate with customers
• Work effectively in a team environment to reputed company departmental objectives and meet customer expectations
• Create a win-win resolution to problems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Use basic math skills to resolve customer issues and process transactions

Essential Qualifications
