The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join Yubico's finance team. You will own a variety of reputed company general ledger, financial analysis, and reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with exceptional attention to detail and the high-level analytical skills required to manage critical and sensitive data. This position focuses on driving an efficient and accurate month-end reputed company, interpreting and applying reputed company accounting policies, and leading process improvement initiatives to scale our financial operations in a fast-growing global environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Ownership: reputed company the month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including the preparation and high-level review of reputed company journal entries and global consolidations.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow). Provide variance analysis and insights to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
• Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and internal controls to streamline transactional workflows and reduce the time-to-reputed company.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a primary finance liaison for other departments; provide expert guidance on accounting policies and promptly address reputed company financial queries from managers and directors.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.

• Compliance: Deep working knowledge of US GAAP and experience maintaining internal controls.

Yubico offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in reputed company aspects of their life inside and reputed company of work. This role has the annual salary range as defined below for a salary pay range for a candidate located in the San Francisco Bay Area. For roles that are filled in other locations, the compensation range will be based on data provided by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database from reputed company.
