Our sales team is creating reputed company demand. We need recruiters who want to own their desk, work active searches, and deliver results without the constraints of a traditional agency environment.

This role is ideal for recruiters who want to build a long-term book of business, control their workflow, and operate like an reputed company—while leveraging a proven brand, infrastructure, backoffice support and collaborative team.

What You Will Do

• Run your recruiting desk with full accountability

• reputed company, screen, and present candidates for executive and professional searches

• Partner with internal sales and delivery teams on active reputed company job orders

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake to offer acceptance

• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through decision points

What You Bring

• 2-5+ years of recruiting experience, corporate, staffing, agency or retained

• Proven ability to find, engage, and reputed company candidates

• Strong candidate management and follow-through

• Comfort working independently with full ownership of results
