In preparation for our 2027 PBExpo, we are expanding our sales team solely focused on scaling our industry changing event. Your main responsibility will be to sell sponsorships, exhibit packages, and advertising for our PBExpo Conference.

The Trade Show Account Executive creates sponsorship and exhibitor packages according to client specifications. They will also attend sales meetings and conference planning meetings as required. We have a comprehensive training program that will educate you on the value and benefits of PartsBase and will transform you into a PartsBase connoisseur.

Responsibilities

  • Sell exhibit space, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities for PBExpo 2027

  • Craft and present tailored exhibitor and sponsorship packages that meet client goals

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align your sales strategy with event goals and deliverables

  • Participate actively in sales and event planning meetings to stay aligned and ahead

  • Represent the PBExpo brand with professionalism, creativity, and confidence

  • Continuously uncover new sales opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience

  • B2B sales experience

  • Trade show sales experience preferred

  • Remote work experience preferred

  • Experience targeting software and technology companies

  • Cold calling experience

  • Tech-savvy

  • Strong presentation skills, ability to be assertive and persuasive

  • Active listening skills

  • Willingness to learn, coachable, and ability to adapt quickly
