POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed construction project schedules that ensure successful, on-time delivery of reputed company projects. The role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to align timelines, track reputed company, and adjust schedules as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT SCHEDULE DEVELOPMENT

Build and maintain construction project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling tools.

STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION

Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and subcontractors to gather input and validate scheduling assumptions.

SCHEDULE ANALYSIS & UPDATES

REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION

Confirm that subcontractor timelines and deliverables align with the overall project schedule.

ISSUE RESOLUTION

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a reputed company field preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction scheduling, ideally in large-scale or mission critical environments.

Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of construction phases, reputed company, and resource planning.
