About the job

The Manager of Collections and Recoveries Strategy is a high-impact, critical role responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the financial impact of reputed company collections and recovery operations. This leader will drive optimization to maximize the recovery of delinquent and charged-off accounts while maintaining a strict adherence to regulatory compliance and delivering a positive customer experience. Success in this role requires a strategic, results-oriented focus on optimizing efficiency and managing high-stakes external partner relationships.

What you will bring to the team

• 3+ Years of progressive experience in Collections or Recoveries Strategy reputed company a FinTech or Financial Services environment, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Advanced ability to independently reputed company multiple high-reputed company projects concurrently, manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations (Risk, Legal, Operations, Bank Partners), and drive timely resolution.
• Ability to apply rigorous process and risk tools (Process Mapping, Project Planning) to reputed company problem statements and reputed company strategic, workable solutions.
• Expert knowledge and direct experience implementing strategies reputed company to key federal regulations (FCRA, UDAAP, TILA, etc.).
