About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting members with inquiries reputed company to health insurance coverage, claims, benefits, and provider networks. Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to billing, payments and coverage.

Qualifications
